A 2019 trip to Indonesia led Adhi Jusuf, Bryan Theonardo, and Amanda to start the roastery the following year, with the aim of raising farmers’ income by shortening the supply chain.
Theonardo passed SCA certifications as Certified Barista, Sensory Analyst, and Master Roaster in 2020. As of October 2026, the online shop lists Bali Kintamani, Sulawesi Toraja, Ciwidey from West Java, Aceh Gayo, and Sumatera Kerinci.
