The first cafe opened on Graham Avenue in Williamsburg in 2008. Roasting started at the back of the Bushwick cafe and moved to a stand-alone roastery in East Williamsburg in 2019. The menu follows harvest seasons, so lots change through the year.
As of October 2026, coffees come from Colombia, Costa Rica, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Mexico, plus a Central and South American house blend.
